Web / e-Commerce design
Pasión México
Pasión México is a company that specializes in selling and exporting Mexican regional art directly from the artisans. By removing intermediares, the artisans receive better earnings for their work, while also their work get international exposure.
Project background
The project consisted on creating a e-commerce / webpage where users can buy the products, and also communicate them that they are receiving the crafts directly from the artisans. The company also offered a subscription service, in which the subscribers receive a special crafts kit every month.
My role one the project was to define the whole UX and UI for the site, understanding the sale process that, until then, it was exclusively made through social media.

The outcome
This project was created with a reduced team, that consisted only of a product owner, 2 developers (Front and back end), and me, as a Product designer.
We started the project defining the user personas that we created based on potencial user and artisans interviews. After defining the IA, working on User Journeys and testings some quick wireframe prototypes we reached this result.
